Return Policy - Fitcue

Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used personal care items.
• Gift cards or downloadable products.

Return Process:

1. Email into@fitcue.com with your order details.
2. Receive return instructions and send the item back.
3. Once received, we will process the refund or exchange.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
